External QC participation is under evaluation. Traditional QC materials may not always be compatible due to differences in measurement principles.

Response depends on the error type. Troubleshooting can often be performed remotely; in some cases, hardware replacement may be required.

No routine calibration is required. Devices are factory calibrated.

iMOST incorporates multiple QC layers:

• Automatic electrical, optical, and system checks
• Solid QC card (pass/fail)
• Optional third-party liquid QC materials (with defined acceptable ranges)
